ID Poor is a transparent and participative targeting system to identify extremely poor households and individuals in Cambodia. Households with ID Poor status are entitled to social benefits, such as free treatments in health centres and hospitals (see Good Practice 6). ID Poor has been implemented in Cambodia for the past ten years.
